New song 'Little Thing'

Background

English singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran announced back in September that he wrote two songs for the album, both about an ex-girlfriend. In an interview with MTV on 19 October, Sheeran said "the song that I think will be the single, one of the singles, is kind of a very sweet song. It was written about the best things about someone, kind of like the things you wouldn't expect. You'll have to hear it. I can't really say too much 'cause it's their album. I want them to be the first ones to announce it and stuff." Sheeran also told media that the song contains his favourite lyrics. The single's cover art was announced on 19 October.
On 27 October, One Direction posted the first verse on Facebook:

On 29 October, "Little Things" received its worldwide airplay debut on BBC Radio 1 at 8:17am UK time. Niall Horan called in to Nick Grimshaw's breakfast show to introduce the track. -wikipedia :P

Music video

On 15 October 2012, it was announced by Louis Tomlinson that the music video for the song was in the works. The same day, Horan tweeted during the video shoot that it was all "going good."^[The next day, Zayn Malik confirmed that they had finished filming the video. The filming took place at an undisclosed location.
On 29 October, a lyric video was released. It went viral, receving over 1 million views that day. -wikipedia
